Call It Stormy Monday …!
My pre-work walk this morning ended in a race against time to make it home before the thunder and lightening arrived – and the hailstones(?!?) descended. I made it by seconds.π
My luck didnβt last for the post-work bike run, though … #drookitΒ π¬π€£

A second hospital visit this week will confirm.Β Β A rookie mistake and a lesson learned. Though itβll be some weeks till I can get back on the bike. Ach well, it could be worse – the walks continue!
